To return an item to our company, please follow these steps: - To initiate the return process, send an e-mail to orders@beautysupply4less.com.
- You will then be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RGA number.
- Items being returned must be properly packed in their original boxes along with all included packing, parts, accessories, and instructions.
- Beauty Supply 4Less will not issue an RGA for merchandise that was invoiced more than 30 days prior to the date of request for an RGA.
- After we have received the package it will take up to four to five business days to process and then issue your refund promptly. Please record the tracking number of the item shipped to us.
